It has to do with some ancient custom for St. Patrick’s Day that I don’t remember any of the details of. Something to do with leprechauns. I always thought it was stupid, hence why I threaten violence 🙂
Hm. Sounds like something made up by someone who isn’t even Irish… Our family’s very Irish and pinching is really, really frowned upon.
