Time for September IComLeavWe, that is! This will be only my second time participating in this monthly week of sharing comments and finding or rediscovering blogs and friends. Last month I rudely failed to introduce myself except through my “about” page. This month I shall try to be a little less rude!

So, a big welcome from me, Kathi, to those of you who have wandered over here thanks to IComLeavWe! I stumbled upon IComLeavWe sort of indirectly through BlogHer last month, and it seemed like an interesting way to “meet” more bloggers and blogs. So here I am again. I hope you get a little smile out of my struggles with taming technology and Rottweilers, or marvel along with me at the freakshow that life in Chicago can be.

  2. Nice to “meet” you. I admire your NaBloPoMo resolve. I too am a crazy dog person – I don’t know that I could take on rotties though. I stick to the small mutts and they cause me their fair share of untamed adventures. Happy ICLW.

  3. I LOVE rotties! My daughter adopted one from the animal shelter 3 years ago. The dog (Sadie) had been abandoned in a house that her owners had vacated. She was nearly starved to death. The shelter had her for 6 months when my daughter met her. She and her husband adopted her the next day because they couldn’t get her off their minds! Sadie walked right into their house, looked around and climbed right up on the sofa! She has been the best dog ever!
    My hubby and I have 3 rescues….a pug (Suzy Q) a cocker spaniel (Joe Cocker) and a heinz 57 (Delilah). We love our furbabies!
